Lake Grove Job Seekers is a nonprofit that has supported thousands of job seekers in the Portland metro area for 15+ years with *free* job search support and coaching. Our job seekers have landed jobs at Nike, Intel, and countless other companies, non-profit, and government organizations. 

We offer a structured method that takes what can be an overwhelming process and breaks it down into manageable steps: clarify your goals and strengths, learn how to describe those to others, then find opportunities that are a great fit. Guiding job seekers through the process are our volunteer mentors with years of professional experience conducting their own successful job searches (in addition to hiring others). Mentors provide 1-on-1 coaching that will help keep job seekers on track throughout the search.  And our community of job seekers provide support while finding networking opportunities.
