ACG Portland, in collaboration with Technology Association of Oregon, will host a dynamic evening June 11th with an engaging panel discussion focused on guiding technology companies through M&A and financing transactions. Technology executives, who recently navigated transactions ,will share their firsthand perspectives alongside insights from a leading technology investment banker and an intellectual property diligence firm. Key risks and considerations in deal execution for technology companies will be highlighted.
