Oregon Alliance of Independent Colleges & Universities

The Oregon Alliance of Independent Colleges & Universities ("The Alliance") is comprised of 16 private, nonprofit, independent colleges and universities. The Oregon private college sector is guided by two important principles: (1) education is key to social mobility and ending poverty and (2) education builds community, preparing adults for lives of meaningful work and citizenship. The Alliance is the collective voice of private education in public policy advocacy. We are at the intersection of business and philanthropy, creating innovative programs and scholarships that build an advanced and educated workforce for Oregon.
