We're seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking IT Project Manager to support the IT Division’s technical strategy and budget process, and implement IT solutions that align with our goals. This role will directly support the work of the CIO’s office and contribute to high-level initiatives, including strategic budget planning and policy development.

Join Multnomah County's Department of County Assets (DCA) as an IT Project Manager 1 LDA and take the lead on key technology projects. Reporting to the Deputy CIO, you'll manage medium-complexity initiatives from start to finish, directly influencing how technology serves our community. Your responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, including planning, building business cases, financial analysis, budget support, handling service requests, and contributing to larger operational or capital projects.
