TECHLANDIA: Smart + Connected: Policies and Programs to Expand Communications Infrastructure + Bridge the Digital Divide

This Smart + Connected session will feature updates from state and local government representatives, academia, and industry regarding broadband and wireless projects underway in the region, ideas for policies that will help to drive additional investment, as well as opportunities for participation and new projects.  We will be joined by Daniel Holbrook, Broadband Manager, Business Oregon and the Oregon Broadband Office, who will provide an update on the work of the Oregon Broadband Office, including the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program, and the State Digital Equity Planning Grant Program.
