An inquiry and panel discussion on equity and inclusion through the identity and experiences of employees across the LGBTQ+ spectrum.

Our intention with these conversations is to interrogate the integrity and efficacy of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion programming in our workplaces.

We are curious to explore the question: Is Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and beyond?

Hosted by Cinder and moderated by Katy Byrtus, Workforce Solutions Partner. We will be examining what equity and inclusion means for different identities and intersecting identities in these panel discussions throughout 2021.
