Connect Conversations with Cinder: Latinx Heritage Month

An inquiry and panel discussion on equity and inclusion through the identity and experiences of Latinx colleagues and friends.

About this event
Hosted by Cinder and moderated by Katy Byrtus. We will be examining what equity and inclusion means for different and intersecting identities in these panel discussions throughout 2021.

Panelists to include:

Bianetth Valdez, she/her/ella, Affordable Housing Coordinator, City of Beaverton
Juan Manuel Muro Jr., he/him/his, Sr. Manager of Customer Experience, Free Geek
Sylvia Salazar, she/her/hers, Founder, Tono Latino

Our intention with these conversations is to interrogate the integrity and efficacy of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion programming in our workplaces. We are curious to explore the question: Is Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and beyond?

Please help us spread the word!
