During this unprecedented time, Technology Association of Oregon will be featuring the benefits and value that TAO member companies can provide to our greater community in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The folks at Time Clock offer their first tool, a mobile app for simplifying the timekeeping process, to support businesses with newly-remote workforces.
TAO Member Company: Time Clock
Give us a short intro to your business:
We’re a Portland-based tech startup building tools to help businesses increase their operational efficiency with simple digital solutions. Our first tool, Time Clock, is a mobile app designed to simplify the timekeeping process, all the way through to running payroll. Our team is deeply committed to supporting sustainable practices with each of our tools. For customers using Time Clock, we plant a tree in their name each time they save 300 paper timesheets by going digital!
What resources can your business offer the community during the COVID pandemic?:
In an effort to support remote operations, Time Clock allows businesses to add an unlimited number of devices to their account, enabling employees to clock in and out from anywhere in the world. Our real-time system sync functionality allows approved admins to view these employee clock statuses live throughout the workday.
What is the best way for the community to get in touch?:
We’re dedicating an Account Manager to our fellow TAO members. To get in touch with Bridgette for any questions, a product demo, or to set up a free account to try Time Clock for 30 days, email Bridgette (email@example.com). You can also download Time Clock Sync from your Apple or Google Play Store. Look for the blue background with a white clock!
What’s your favorite way to pass the time during self-quarantine?:
Our team is staying busy gearing up for our next product launch. Stay tuned!
What’s one thing that helps you stay positive or gives you hope during difficult times?:
We’ve seen so many in our community and beyond rising to the occasion, offering support in unique ways. We’re reminded that we are more together in this than we are apart.
