The Technology Association of Oregon is excited to announce that we are partnering with Milliman on the 2018 Northwest Technology Survey!

Based on previous feedback from member companies who would like more access to drilled down data related to compensation and benefits across Oregon and SW Washington, TAO spent time earlier this year seeking a partner to help our tech companies remain competitive.

Now in its 27th year, the Northwest Technology Survey includes a broad list of data points across 200+ positions within our industry.  In addition to the standard information like salary, equity and bonuses it also includes several key questions that TAO recommended that can help your company find out where it falls among competitors on items like: sabbatical, parental leave and professional development investments.

In addition to our members, the regional tech community also benefits from this partnership. Companies represented in areas across Central Oregon, SW Washington, Southern Willamette Valley, the Gorge and beyond will all now have the opportunity to see how they compare – by company size and type as well as regionally.  And, participation provides access to information never before available to regional companies, as well as improves the collective data for our entire tech community.

Survey participation and access range from $395 – $895, but TAO has negotiated an exclusive discount for our members.  To receive the discount code, visit our Exclusive TAO Member Benefits page and save $50 off early bird pricing to participate.  At this very low investment, we are encouraging our entire tech community to participate!

Details for participation are available here with the discount code being available on our members-only page here.

We look forward to having our tech community involved in this year’s survey!
