Nulia Works is a brand-new, platform-based, scalable, and data-driven solution. It supports a continuous system of real usage measurement, personalized guidance, and rewarding engagement. We unlock the value of organizations’ digital productivity investments, all by driving skills development and behavioral change in the natural flow of work. We were recently named the Modern Workplace Apps & Solutions for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Partner of the Year 2020.Why is your company a member of TAO?Nulia is excited to be a member of the dynamic tech community in Eugene. As a startup company, TAO helped us to get connected quickly and find opportunities to contribute to our growing entrepreneurial ecosystem.What do you, personally, like best about being a TAO member? Being a member of TAO has enabled us to connect with other companies and tech leaders. This introduced us to a broad network of fellow innovators to share ideas, talent, and opportunities, all to grow our businesses, the entire Eugene tech community, and tech workforce.What’s your favorite thing about our region’s tech ecosystem? There is such comradery and support in our community that is interwoven into all aspects of Eugene - the city, the universities, and, of course, EUGnet. This unique combination of public and private efforts creates a great place to start and run a business. What is your hope for the future of tech in Oregon & SW Washington? We hope to contribute to and develop our region into a robust and growing community of talented individuals and expand the diversity of our tech community to create opportunities for everyone, including women and people of diverse backgrounds.
