Prialto Offers Virtual Admin Support and a Library of COVID-19 Resources

Technology Association of Oregon member companies continue to offer innovative solutions to support businesses and employees impacted by COVID-19. TAO will continue to feature the benefits and value that TAO member companies can provide to our greater community in response to the pandemic.

Give us a short intro to your business:
Prialto provides virtual administrative assistants to executives, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals. Our services are designed, curated and managed from our headquarters in Portland, Oregon, with creative insights from our global staff in Asia and Central America.

How has your company pivoted to adapt to the COVID era?:
We shifted all of our employees, who had worked in our Portland office or in one of our offshore service centers, to work-from-home until there is an effective treatment or vaccine. This has required us to make significant improvements to our operations, employee engagement, and IT security policies that I believe will benefit our company long after COVID.  

What resources can your business offer to support the community?:

  • Our core business is in admin support of startups, small businesses and larger BtoB firms, especially in support of time-constrained executives engaged in BtoB sales or business development. Prialto is an expert in process development. We can help TAO members streamline their admin processes and, then, provide support for running any process we design.
  • We have also created a curated library of COVID-19 resources to help the community with everything from running a work-from-home company to crisis-appropriate sales and marketing strategies.
  • We’re also about to publish a research report on how executives have pivoted during this period to give leaders insights to sustain their productivity and wellbeing.  We are happy to share a free copy of this report with any TAO member.

What's one thing that helps you stay positive or gives you hope during difficult times?:
There is a lot of sadness all around right now. The peaceful protests across the country and around the world that are in support of racial justice and are comprised of people from all different backgrounds give me lots of hope. More than anything, I think that they show how people want to be connected together in support of positive change. People don't want to be divided. They want to come together. My hope is that their positive energy will lead us to reject politicians who gain from dividing us.  

I also see the potential for COVID-19 to help us better see how we are all connected across socio-economic groups domestically and across the world. I hope that COVID will lead us to improve upon globalization instead of rejecting it, as I believe that is key to both our global health and to our overall prosperity.
