Technology Association of Oregon’s People Community hosted a presentation on the gifts in conflict with Jennifer Blankl, Certified Relationship, Marriage, and Divorce Prevention Coach & Speaker of The Art of Fulfillment.
Attendees took a data-driven look at why conflict is valuable and necessary for deeper, more meaningful relationships during this interactive presentation. This includes examining the deeper gifts and benefits we get when we don’t practice conflict avoidance. Participants will learn simple tools and strategies for better managing challenging interactions and resolving differences peacefully.
TAO’s People Community aims to provide resources for individual professional development and an organization’s development of people operations as they evolve. These resources and this community space are intended to be a supportive and open space to learn and grow with one another through candid, professional conversations.
