“Presentation consultant, Spenser Meeks works with individuals and organizations to amplify their communication, connection, and confidence so they can make a lasting impact on the world. He mentors with passion, guiding his clients to effectively strengthen and elevate their messaging to new heights.
With fifteen years acting on stage, five years acting in sales, a knack for making complex solutions tangible, and an insatiable appetite for helping technical professionals bring their ideas to life, this recovering engineer knows how to help you rock a platform, connect with a crowd, and inspire action.
Spenser’s humorous approach engages groups and empowers them with the concepts and frameworks they need to rapidly hone live messaging into clear, captivating stories. He is passionate about the clean energy transition and emboldening advocates to take their audiences on a memorable journey.
When not coaching or training, Spenser can be found mixing weird cocktails, bribing his toddler with snacks (he LOVES tomatoes), and reveling at the ubiquitously good food in Portland OR.”
I am currently helping TAO with a contract doing some workforce development work (largely business development outreach) with CWP in Clackamas and beyond.
The core focus of what I do as a consultant is this: Most technical professionals struggle to give engaging presentations. What I do is message clarification and storytelling discovery. So that they can captivate and grow any audience.
I would love to help TAO members become better speakers and have their ideas appreciated. While my specialty is cleantech, I am open to working with almost any scientific, engineering, or technical organization. What do you think would be a good way to connect with current members that could use this kind of help?
