TAO Member Company: Mammoth HR

Give us a short intro to your business:
Mammoth provides tech-enabled HR on-demand solutions to >300k SMBs across the country.

What resources can your business offer the community during the COVID pandemic?:
The COVID-19 crisis has created significant HR challenges for employers. Given the nature of our business, we’re addressing the concerns of tens of thousands of concerned employers every week. They’re desperate for clarity. Right now, we believe every small and mid-size business needs trusted tools and information to navigate difficult HR decisions.

That's why we've made our entire library of COVID-19 materials accessible to all employers. Our new COVID-19 Crisis Response Center includes a resource library with downloadable templates, FAQs, and state and federal information. The FAQs directly reflect the most current concerns being fielded by Mammoth's HR advisors and are updated weekly.

What is the best way for the community to get in touch?:
Follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter, or our company blog. If you have specific feedback on our resource center, feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn.

What's your favorite way to pass the time during self-quarantine?:
Our neighborhood’s streets have turned into asphalt playing fields, and I’m enjoying the time and space to play catch with our sons and teach our daughter to ride her bike.

What's one thing that helps you stay positive or gives you hope during difficult times?:
I’ve read through hundreds of questions submitted by small and mid-size businesses to our HR Advisors, and it’s clear this pandemic is hitting those businesses very hard.

But I’ve also seen something incredible happening. In the face of disaster, there are employers, HR managers, and business owners putting their people first. They are having to make decisions they never thought they’d have to make, and yet they are focused on how in making those decisions they can best support their employees and their families in this moment of crisis. I draw inspiration from our clients every day.
