Foureyes® is a category-creating software company that utilizes its patented technology and data platform to help businesses track, protect, engage, and sell better. (See more at foureyes.io.) Already rapidly-growing, Foureyes is continuing to dominate in the automotive industry as evidenced by exponential growth and winning awards from the 2020 Company of the Year from Technology Association of Oregon to Most Innovative Solution and Top Rated Lead Management of 2022 from DrivingSales.

If that sounds like the kind of company you want to be a part of, there’s good news. We’re hiring for a UDP Product Manager!

The Position

As the  Product Manager for our product the Unified Data Platform (UDP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the product. We’re evolving the UDP from its current early adopter position to full market readiness, and we need a product manager with experience and vision to get us there. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, eager to dig into customer feedback and usage data, and be willing to put forth your perspectives and ideas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and customer success, to define, develop, and deliver a product that empowers users to extract maximum value from their data. This role requires comfort and familiarity with large data sets and data visualization tools alongside experience with automotive software and marketing vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UDP, considering both business intelligence and data access aspects. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation. This product provides automotive dealers with key reports and insights to optimize their dealerships, so experience working with auto dealers and automotive software systems is a huge plus.
    • Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Lead the design and development of data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that enable users to gain insights from their data. Ensure that the business intelligence features are user-friendly, powerful, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
    • Data Access & Ownership: Oversee the implementation of data access and ownership features, including data sharing, transfer, and security mechanisms. Develop solutions that facilitate seamless collaboration while maintaining data privacy and compliance.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with technical users, data analysts, and other stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements. Translate user needs into clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Serve as the subject matter expert on the UDP within the team. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, guide technical decisions, and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, data science, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and post-launch support. Foster effective communication and alignment across teams.
