As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will work to support the key elements of sales operations, such as performance reporting and analytics, workflows, and front-line sales support.

In this role, you are responsible for providing insights and support to our revenue-driving teams. This includes, but is not limited to:

Be the primary point of contact for billing related communication with partner programs

Monitor and spot trends within sales activity and sales funnel reporting to ensure a predictable pipeline.

Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and relevant training materials and assist with onboarding.

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to give visibility to front-line teams and leadership.

Assist with commission calculations.

Serve as CRM support - general usability questions including order entry and general account maintenance.

Support projects and initiatives focused on improving sales productivity and efficiency.

Educate and train teams on relevant technology and tools and provide real-time troubleshooting and support.

General problem solving and process building.

Support with ad hoc projects coming from cross-functional teams.

Support the Deal Desk:

Assist with pricing, deal compliance, contract, and general sales support

Process all enrollments and cancellations.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical problem solver, you love digging into an in-depth problem to get to the root issue.
  • Attention to detail. You spot the error or data discrepancy that most people miss.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 1-2 years experience in a related role
  • Experience working with Salesforce or any CRM is a plus
