Sales Enablement and Onboarding Manager

Come join the new chapter of Episerver as we proudly join forces with Optimizely to create a new wave of digital leaders through transforming digital experience creation and optimization.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the coordination & delivery of training programs. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as proven project management and coordination skills. You will assist in the coordination of key project deliverables including helping track, communicate progress, and deliver updates on the development of new hires. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and deliver a continuous learning onboarding experience including live, digital and observational training for all go to market roles
  • Partner with Sales Ops and leadership to assess and deploy 30 - 60 - 90 KPIs
  • Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability. e.g. live classroom training, asynchronous e-learning, live virtual sessions, role-plays, hands-on product workshops, etc.
  • Act as liaison between the sales team and other cross functional teams, particularly marketing and customer success

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proficiency in building lasting relationships with senior level sales /GTM leaders
  • Exposure to a quota carrying role with experience in sales enablement and retention / adoption experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills. The ability to own the room confidently and holds people's attention
  • A knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way
  • Ability to motivate, influence team members
  • Excellent project management instincts. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial – you not only can spot problems, but you can marshal resources towards creative solutions
  • Experience leveraging standard learning creation tools (Workramp, Camtasia) and knowledge management tools (Highspot) to create effective learning programs
  • Instructional design experience a plus
  • Excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
