The Role

The SnowShoe SDR will be a primary driver of research, prospecting and lead generation activities. Various online resources, phone, email, and social media will be utilized in order to generate qualified leads and meetings for the SnowShoe Sales Team.

What You Can Expect

SnowShoe will provide you with all of the tools necessary to be successful in this role. From premium online subscriptions, to personalized training and ongoing support, to the technology required to fulfill your duties. We are a small, fun, and extremely passionate team who work collaboratively in order to drive success for the organization.

A typical work day in this role will primarily involve heavy online research, email outreach, and cold calling to prospects in order to schedule meetings for the SnowShoe Sales Team. We work on a standard Monday-Friday schedule with no evening or weekends required. This will initially be a remote position until we return to our downtown Portland office post-Covid.

What We Expect

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to building a successful career in sales. You will typically be the first person to educate our prospects about SnowShoe, and we want you to enjoy the work and enjoy the interactions with them. You should love talking to people.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience as an SDR in a cold calling environment. Experience in technology sales is preferred but not a requirement. This position is best suited for a motivated professional who is looking to gain valuable sales experience and eventually move into a pure selling role.
