Our Lockpath business unit is a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for Integrated Risk Management solutions and we are seeking a Partner Manager to help build our partner program.  You will own relationships with named partners, evaluate and onboard new partners, and drive go-to-market activities.  The ideal candidate should be able to create a strategic vision for their partners and bring their plan to fruition.  We treat partners like our customers, and you will collaborate with all parts of NAVEX Global, including Sales, Product, Customer Success and other functions..

What You Will Do:

  • Provide ongoing support and communications for partner portfolio including policies, products and services and manage conflict resolution with portfolio as needed
  • Train and coordinate with internal sales team
  • Coordinate and support our partner onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and current data inventory of partner activity such as contacts, referrals and pipeline and act as admin for Channeltivity
  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting of partner activity such as referrals, pipeline, sales productivity and relationship status
  • Work closely with the VP, Partners to establish partner program vision, objectives, metrics and support the annual planning process for partner program resource staffing, joint marketing activities, sales engagement, investment plans, and training / capability development plans
  • Define alignment and success criteria in building respective partner relationships
  • Originate and evaluate prospective partners; coordinating and supporting the development and negotiations of partnership agreements
  • Define and manage respective partnership development plans including objectives, metrics, reporting and periodic reviews, communicating partner development with all NAVEX stakeholders across all business functions and ensure there is alignment
  • Coordinate and support product and marketing teams to develop and publish joint leadership POV’s, events and materials to build NAVEX credentials in the marketplace with partners

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • 5+ years’ of risk, audit or compliance management industry experience within a sales, marketing or consulting function
  • 3+ years’ of experience in a partner/alliance role within the enterprise software or SaaS environment
  • Solid track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with Consulting firms, System Integrators and Enterprise VARs
  • A self-motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit that has the ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex business challenges
  • A consultative approach in addressing partner needs
  • Ability to perform analytics to evaluate partner success and in support of the sales teams’ pipeline
  • Drive continuous improvement through process and change management
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or equivalent; some PRM system experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel as necessary (pending due to COVID)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
