In this role, you will support our market research and business intelligence efforts. It will involve data collection; market research (desk and primary); and analysis of findings to provide recommendations to marketing, sales, and other business stakeholders at LegitScript. Research efforts will include market sizing; audience insights; competitor intelligence and industry trends; ongoing monitoring of market conditions, and other deep-dive market research projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a strong understanding of LegitScript's services, key markets, audiences, and competitors.

  • Independently conduct research (both desk and primary) using reliable data sources to inform and improve LegitScript’s business and go-to-market approach.

  • Work effectively with both quantitative and qualitative data sources, as well as large and small datasets.

  • Follow a consistent research methodology and continuously improve upon this process. Proactively seek stakeholder feedback to improve the accuracy of future efforts.

  • Distill complex information into clear and compelling presentations and summarize key findings and recommendations to business leaders and other stakeholders.

  • Enrich marketing contact information and profiling data.

  • Be involved with other special projects, as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • An entrepreneurial-minded individual with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.

  • 4-5 years experience in a market research role.

  • A proven senior individual contributor with a customer-first mindset.

  • Experience using data visualization tools, such as Tableau, or similar.

  • Experience using survey tools, such as SurveyMonkey, or similar.

  • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (including Excel and Google Sheets), documents (including Word and Google docs), and presentation tools (including PowerPoint and Google Slides).

  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.

  • Analytical and critical thinker.

  • Strong communicator who can explain and present complex topics and solutions clearly.

  • Curious; thrives on continuous learning and improvement.

Highly Desired

  • Experience using marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Marketo.

  • Background in statistics.
