When we build new digital solutions at SAIF, the voice of our customers drives everything we do. The digital experience of our customers — whether looking for information or completing a task — must be intuitive and compelling.
We are in the early stages of implementing our digital customer experience roadmap, and the user experience designer is a key member of the team leading that effort.
Our new user experience designer will be the champion of the digital customer experience at SAIF. Your duties will include planning user research through policyholder, worker, and agent interviews and surveys; strategizing the development of products with the development team; managing content development; creating prototypes and wireframes; and planning and synthesizing usability testing.
To do this job well, you’ll need experience in digital design and web-based technologies, and great communication and collaboration skills. Experience in customer journey mapping and user personas are a plus, as are certifications in UX/UI. If you’re ready to shape the digital customer experience at SAIF, apply today.
Qualifications:
- Five years professional experience demonstrating knowledge and expertise in web-based technologies and the ability to manage web design projects. Three years professional experience designing and analyzing digital user experience projects is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
