We are currently looking to add a Director, Business Development!

Overview
The Director of Business Development, Enterprise is a critical role for the successful execution of our Company’s business model. In this role, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will serve as a primary contact for customers and prospects as we gain access and expand our footprint within strategic accounts and OEMs. This position is initially an individual contributor role with the expectation to build out a sales team in time. This position includes a competitive base salary and unlimited variable compensation.

Responsibilities:
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Identify, strategically target, and close business in the Strategic Group, OEM, and Channel segments within the auto market
Grow the business through prospecting and market development, product demonstration, and negotiating and closing deals
Be able to articulate and demonstrate complex software solutions
Dynamically handle and overcome objections
Perform consistent follow-up
Effectively manage and consistently report on the enterprise pipeline
Support Marketing activities by attending trades shows, conferences, and other industry events
Partner with Dealership Sales and CSM teams to create, and capitalize on, expansion opportunities
Work with sales engineers collaboratively to deliver insights and overcome objections throughout the sales process
Successfully perform all typical sales activities (respond to inbound leads, make outbound calls to generate additional interest, diligently update internal systems)
Provide input and feedback to Foureyes product teams to ensure Enterprise client needs are represented and met

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

This position requires high-energy and highly motivated individuals who have demonstrated success selling software and marketing services in a B2B environment for 5+ years
Direct sales experience in selling technology solutions into automotive groups, OEMs, and channel partner accounts
Must be a magnetic presenter with clear communication skills both in person and over video/phone call
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and individually
Be able and willing to travel to meet with clients and prospects
Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal), follow-through, and meeting deadlines
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and G-suite applications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent job experience is required
At least five years related experience required
Experience working in the automotive vertical
Experience working in a SaaS environment desired
Experience growing and leading a sales organization is desired

Compensation: OTE range of $150,000 - $250,000
