As our Demand Generation Manager, you will join our fast-paced team responsible for marketing ESG software solutions to existing NAVEX Global customers and new audiences. You will oversee the creation of the demand generation strategy for our new ESG product line. You are skilled in all demand generation disciplines, including integrated campaign planning and execution, response-oriented copy, email design, calls to action, lead nurturing, lead scoring, landing page design, A/B testing, attribution and response optimization.
Your expertise and effectiveness in this role will directly influence our revenue achievement and ensure great customer experience. You will help expand the use of ESG tools and opportunities for corporate social innovation.

What You Will Do:
- Define, plan and deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns that use optimal, modern marketing concepts and tools
- Own and define KPIs that are meaningful, measurable and meet quarterly demand generation goals
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to help guide the portfolio of marketing programs, including website, content marketing, database marketing, email nurturing, paid advertising, content syndication, SEO, social media, blog posts, events and webinars
- Measure, track and report at a campaign and tactic level, providing analysis, insights and recommendations for future campaigns programs
- Drive alignment between global sales and marketing teams to ensure the latest content and messaging is being used and adapted
- Identify new optimization tests, growth opportunities and areas for additional investment in time and money
- Stay on top of industry trends and ESG best practices and frameworks such as SASB, UN SDGS, CDP, etc. to support customer growth
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field
- 3+ years’ experience creating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including email and database marketing, search marketing and online advertising
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and strong understanding of other marketing technologies, including Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an interest in translating data into actionable change
- Excellent track record for constantly optimizing various programs and testing new ways of execution
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to see the big picture view of our marketing strategy
- Familiarity with the ESG space is a plus
