Hyphn Helps Teams Manage Change to Working From Home

During this unprecedented time, Technology Association of Oregon will be featuring the benefits and value that TAO member companies can provide to our greater community in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Heather Leachman-Beck, Hyphn's Director of Workplace Innovation and resident change management expert, offers insight about supporting your team during the switch to working from home.

TAO Member Company: Hyphn

Give us a short intro to your business:
Hyphn is a Workplace Consultancy that offers services ranging from Change Management and Owner's Representation to Project Management and Project Installation. We pride ourselves on being a partner that will be with you from the beginning until the end of a project.

What resources can your business offer the community during the COVID pandemic?:
I published a piece about how to handle changing to a work-from-home focus. The post includes a free peek at the Hyphn Work From Home Protocols.

We will also be posting a free story sometime in the next week or two that will focus on our plan for moving back into our office when the time comes. There will be more to come with that soon.

What is the best way for the community to get in touch?:
Reach out to me and my team directly by emailing consulting@hyphn.com.

What's your favorite way to pass the time during self-quarantine?:
My favorite activity to do during quarantine is to go on neighborhood walks with my daughter and look at all the new spring blooms!

What's one thing that helps you stay positive or gives you hope during difficult times?:
The fact that my company has handled this situation so well. Our ability to not only communicate but follow through what is best for our team has been phenomenal!
