Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) has partnered with BCI Group (BCI) to help facilitate two unique benefit pathways (and coordinates all listed services) for each of our members.

Member Technology Companies – TAO members that are small and medium sized Technology Sector Companies will be provided the same purchasing power as large firms through OSBA Providence Health Plan.

This member-only benefit offering will support a variety of health plan options and network providers throughout Portland, Bend and Eugene. And, for those companies that enroll in a BCI Plan Option, your company will receive wellness discounts through LifeBalance, online benefits enrollment/onboarding software, COBRA administration, benchmarking surveys, and other HR resources.  All of which can be coordinated through BCI.
