Knowing how to recognize and support employees with a mental illness or psychiatric disability is the key to meeting performance, business, and financial expectations. It also keeps you safe from discrimination claims and lawsuits.

Join Technology Association of Oregon for dinner and an interactive presentation Wednesday, August 21st starting at 5:30 pm on how to enhance your relationships with teammates. Following the presentation, there will be opportunities for brief discussions and scenarios at individual tables.

In this discussion, we will identify mental health conditions that commonly exist in the workplace. Then, through real-life examples and best practices, we host an interactive session that will provide practical steps you can take as a manager to notice, identify, and properly lead those individuals to peak success.
