Humans spend about 90% of their time indoors, and a significant amount of that time is spent at work.

Research has demonstrated that well building design, either when participating in a tenant improvement project or new build, improves employee productivity, reduces absenteeism, and creates a more healthful work environment.

DLR Group invites you to a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, May 1st from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm at LPCWest as they explore the WELL Building Standard which promotes a meaningful way to advance human health and well-being through the spaces where we live, work, learn and play.

Attendees will learn how return on investment metrics through WELL - like productivity, job satisfaction, engagement, attraction, retention, health care costs can help make the case for office space investments and more efficiently budget workplace costs.
