Carl Schmitt is an associate partner in the executive compensation consulting practice at Radford, advising boards of directors and management teams on equity and cash compensation for executives, key employees, and outside directors. He has extensive experience with all aspects of stock and cash incentives, including finance, accounting, and legal issues, and alternative treatments in corporate transactions and other challenging situations.
Carl has more than 25 years of experience consulting for clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on high technology and life sciences firms.
