With unemployment at a 50-year low, how can companies design strong compensation packages to attract and retain talent in a highly competitive market? In a region full of hot startups, innovative enterprises, and every sector hiring tech talent, companies are adding perks and redefining how employees are paid.

Join Technology Association of OregonJLL, and Radford Consulting at Imperial at Hotel Lucia for a dinner discussion on November 5th from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Carl Schmitt, Associate Partner with Radford Consulting, will lead a discussion on key trends in compensation, merit budgets, and equity practices that are best practices for companies hiring tech talent in today's rapidly changing landscape. Over dinner, attendees will engage in an interactive discussion on specific trends in Portland, the region and the country to incorporate into annual compensation planning.
