Note: This is an INVITE ONLY event.  To RSVP, please email teri.hockett@techoregon.org.  Attendence is free.

Bringing together thought-leaders from the public, private, and academic sectors, participants in this invite-only workshop will tackle issues at the intersection of autonomous mobility on the land and sea, and in the air with rapid deployment and evolution of drones and even air taxis.

Participants can expect to engage in interactive discussions on topics such as interoperability and standards development, learn from their peers, and contribute to the development of solutions to better integrate aerial, terrestrial, and marine mobility technologies

The Mobility Summit is an invite-only event and will bring together thought-leaders from the public (City of Portland, Port of Portland, State of Oregon, ODOT, NASA, FAA, etc.), private (including Intel, Mobileye, Boeing, Verizon, Uber-Elevate, DAT, Skyward, FLIR, PGE, Quantum Spatial, Jaguar Land Rover, Daimler, etc.) and academic sectors.

The format for the Summit is highly interactive.  We have a few brief presentations to help set the stage for the group discussion around standards and interoperability at the intersection of aerial and terrestrial mobility.  ODOT recently received one of the largest awards from USDOT initiative of any state/region in the U.S as part of this initiative: https://www.fhwa.dot.gov/pressroom/fhwa1906.cfm, and this will be a focal point of the conversation.  The project team, who will be at the event, is looking for industry partners in order to go after a second grant award, and the application is due July 15.
